In the previous production process, when producing aluminium sulfate, it is easy to form dust which causes environmental pollution, and it will also lead to a waste of resources. Therefore, according to the actual situation of production, the production process has been improved, let's learn about it.

1. The production of dry pot is changed to wet pot production.
The method used for the production of the product before was to use the dry method to add the pot for production, that is, to use mineral powder with acid and water in a certain proportion, all of which are added to the reaction pot, and the reaction is dusty. This has been changed to wet pot, where mineral powder and water are added to the wet pot in a certain proportion, and then stirred pulp is created, with wind pressure used in the reaction pot to deal with the dust pollution problem when adding the pot and reduce the time of adding the pot.

2. The use of low-grade aluminium ore.
Because of the low dissolution rate of high-grade bauxite and hard clay ore, ore with an alumina content of more than 55% is not suitable for use in production. It is necessary to use a low-grade aluminium-containing mineral with an alumina content of about 40% and a dissolution rate of more than 65% - bauxite. However, the existing low-grade ore has become less and less, but the bauxite with high alumina content of hard clay is still very rich. Therefore, it is generally necessary to use high-grade and low-grade bauxite blending to produce aluminium sulfate. After production tests, it is concluded that the blending amount of high-grade and low-grade bauxite does not exceed 1:10, which will not affect the quality of the product.

3. Bag dust removal is changed to water dust removal.
When the original bag dust collector is used for mineral dust removal work, the bag and pipeline often need to be cleaned; otherwise, the pipe will be blocked if it is not cleaned for a period of time, resulting in dust overflow, and the environment of the entire crushing post will be dusty. According to the principle of foam tower, the bag dust removal has been changed to water dust removal. The dust now comes out from the top of the small cyclone separator, directly enters the water dust collector, and then contacts with the water through the sieve plate to form droplets. The water adsorbs the dust and then flows directly into the storage pool, and the dust can be recovered through water recycling, which greatly saves the cost of the original dust removal equipment, reduces the labour intensity of workers, and improves the production environment.
